Marian earned her Utah License in 1999 and Idaho in 2001. Vern, in 2008. Both have their Associate Brokers License in Utah and Vern is working on his ID Brokers license. Together we own 8 rental properties and love teaching others the advantages of Real Estate investing. They have helped hundreds of clients reach their real estate goals and have 5 star ratings from past clients.
